Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyCASH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Description

MyCASH is a mobile mining investment platform that allows users to invest in mineral mining plans, manage funds via mobile money, and earn referral commissions.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MyCASH.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Investment & Financial Risk

Investments in mining plans carry inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Investment returns are not guaranteed and may vary.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.
• MyCASH is not responsible for investment losses.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported mobile money providers (Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money).
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and may be subject to verification.
• We reserve the right to delay or reject transactions that appear fraudulent or suspicious.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply.
• Minimum Withdrawal Hold: A minimum balance of UGX 35,000 must remain in your account and cannot be withdrawn. This amount is locked to ensure you always have funds available to invest in new mining plans. If your total balance is UGX 35,000 or less and you have no active mining plan, withdrawals will be blocked. The locked balance can still be used to purchase mining investments at any time.

5. Referral Program

• Referral commissions are earned when referred users make qualifying investments.
• Commissions are credited according to the current referral rate structure.
• We reserve the right to modify referral terms with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake accounts, self-referral) may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users. You may also request account deletion by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyCASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
